FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
From Open-Meteo, which blends several public weather models (ECMWF, GFS, ICON/DWD). It's free and well documented.
How often is it refreshed?
Every two hours. Our cron job pulls fresh forecasts and purges the page cache so the next request sees the new numbers.
Can I trust the 14-day forecast?
Treat it as a tendency, not a promise. Day 6+ is useful to spot a pattern (heat wave, storm window), not to plan a precise outdoor event.
Why do I see different numbers on other sites?
Different models, different post-processing, different timezones. Disagreement between sources is normal; convergence usually means the signal is reliable.
Do you store my location?
If you grant geolocation we use the coordinates to pick the closest city and forget them. No account, no tracking beyond the standard analytics aggregates.
